The Site Administration grants you access to use the Site and its functionality on the terms that are the subject of these Site Usage Rules. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the terms of these Rules, which the Administration considers a public offer in accordance with the laws of Israel.
1. Terms used in these Rules
1.1. The JacklynTaylor.com website (or the Site) is an Internet resource consisting of a combination of (a) computer programs (program codes executable on a computer) and (b) information (Content) posted on them by the Administration and/or Site Users contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at the network address (domain name): https://jacklyntaylor.com (including all levels of the specified domain, both functioning on the date of the User’s acceptance of these Rules, and those launched and put into operation during the entire term of its validity).
1.2. Additional Site functionality – program codes running on a computer as part of the Site’s computer programs and performing certain additional Site functions. The list of elements that make up the Additional Site functionality, as well as the terms for the Administration to grant the User the right to use them, are defined in the license agreement, the current version of which is freely available on the Internet at: https://jacklyntaylor.com/licence, concluded by the Administration with the User in a simplified manner and being an adhesion contract within the meaning.
2. Status of the Site Usage Rules
2.1. These Site Usage Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) 2.1. have been developed by the Administration and define the conditions for using and developing the Site, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users and the Administration in accordance with generally recognized principles and norms of international law.
2.2. These Rules are a legally binding agreement between the User and the Administration, the subject of which is the provision by the Administration to the User of access to the use of the Site and its functionality. In addition to these Rules, the agreement between the User and the Administration includes all special documents governing the provision of access to the use of a separate, including Additional Site functionality posted in the relevant sections of the Site on the Internet.
2.3. The User must fully familiarize themselves with these Rules before registering on the Site. The User’s registration on the Site means the full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules by the User in accordance with the laws of Israel.
2.4. These Rules may be amended and/or supplemented by the Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document. The current version of the Rules is available on the Internet at: https://jacklyntaylor.com/terms. The Administration recommends that Users regularly check the terms of these Rules for any changes and/or additions. The User’s continued use of the Site after making changes and/or additions to these Rules means the User’s acceptance and consent to such changes and/or additions.
3. Status of the Site
3.1. The rights to the Site as a whole and to the use of the network address (domain name) https://jacklyntaylor.com belong to the Administration. The latter provides access to the Site to all interested parties in accordance with these Rules and the applicable laws of Israel.
3.2. These Rules establish the conditions under which the rights to use information and results of intellectual activity are observed in accordance with international conventions on the protection of intellectual property.
4. Administration
4.1. The term “Administration” in these Rules and other special documents posted on the Site refers to the company JacklynTaylor, a legal entity established under the laws of Israel and registered at the address: St. D.HaMelech 3A, Haifa 3542504, Israel.
4.2. Appeals, proposals and claims of individuals and legal entities to the Administration regarding these Rules and all issues related to the functioning of the Site, violations of the rights and interests of third parties in its use, as well as for requests from persons authorized by the laws of Israel, can be sent to the postal address of JacklynTaylor specified in clause 4.1. of these Rules.
4.3. With regard to the functioning and development of the Site, the Administration is guided by applicable norms of international law, these Rules and other documents that have been or may be developed and adopted by the Administration in order to regulate the provision of access to Users to the separate functionality of the Site.
4.4. No provisions of these Rules give the User the right to use the company name, trademarks, domain names and other distinguishing marks of the Administration. The right to use the company name, trademarks, domain names and other distinguishing marks of the Administration may be granted solely by a written agreement with the Administration.
5. Registration on the Site and User status
5.1. Registration in the online store and subscription to news and offers from the Site. User registration on the Site is free, voluntary and is done at the Internet address: https://jacklyntaylor.com.
5.2. A Site User is an individual registered on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, who has reached the age permitted in accordance with international standards for acceptance of these Rules, and has the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as the User).
5.3. During registration on the Site, the User must provide the Administration with the necessary reliable and up-to-date information to form the User’s personal page, including a unique login (email address or a combination of Latin letters and numbers to log in to the Site) and password to access the Site, as well as surname and name. The Site’s registration form may also request additional information from the User to fulfill the Administration’s obligations to the User.
5.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness and compliance with the laws of Israel of the information provided during registration and its purity from claims of third parties.
5.5. After providing the information specified in clause 5.3. of these Rules, the User must undergo a series of verification procedures, namely, (a) confirm the registration by recognizing an automated test designed to distinguish computers from humans (“captcha”); (b) confirm their registration by activating their personal page through a message sent by the Site Administration to the User’s email. The User has the right to register no more than one personal page on the Site.
5.6. By registering, the User agrees to these Rules and assumes the rights and obligations specified therein related to the use and functioning of the Site. The User acquires the corresponding access to the use of the Site’s functionality.
5.7. After the User’s successful registration on the Site, the Administration assumes the rights and obligations towards the User specified in these Rules.
5.8. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the laws of Israel. The Administration processes the User’s personal data in order to provide the User with access to the use of the Site’s functionality, including for the purpose of the User receiving personalized advertising; verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the functionality and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new functionality and sections of the Site. The Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The Administration has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Israel (including for the purpose of preventing and/or suppressing illegal and/or unlawful actions of Users). Disclosure of the information provided by the User may be made only in accordance with the current legislation of Israel at the request of a court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the laws of Israel. Since the Administration processes the User’s personal data in order to fulfill these Rules, by virtue of the provisions of the legislation on personal data, the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data is not required.
5.9. The login and password chosen by the User are the necessary and sufficient information for the User to access the Site. The User has no right to transfer their login and password to third parties, is fully responsible for their safety, independently choosing the method of storing them. The User can allow the storage of the login and password on the hardware and software they use for subsequent automatic authorization on the Site.
5.10. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions performed using their login and password are considered to have been performed by the respective User. In case of unauthorized access to the User’s login and password and/or personal page, or dissemination of the User’s login and password, the User is obliged to immediately notify the Administration in the prescribed manner.
6. Obligations of the User
6.1. When using the Site, the User must:
comply with the provisions of international treaties and conventions, these Rules and other documents; provide reliable, complete and up-to-date data during registration, and monitor their updates; inform the Administration about unauthorized access to the personal page and/or unauthorized access and/or unauthorized access and/or use of the User’s login and password;…
6.2. If there are any doubts about the legality of carrying out certain actions, including posting information or providing access, the Administration recommends refraining from carrying them out.
6.3. The User is prohibited from doing the following when using the Site:
6.3.1. Registering as a User on behalf of or instead of another person (“fake account”) or a legal entity as a User…
6.3.2. Misleading the Administration about their identity by using the login and password of another registered User;
6.3.3. Distorting information about themselves, their age and/or other data;

6.4. The User is personally responsible for any information they post on the Site, communicate to other Users, and any interactions with other Users, which are done at their own risk.
6.5. If the User disagrees with these Rules or their updates, the User must refuse to use it, informing the Administration accordingly.
6.6. The User acquires the right to use the Additional Site Functionality on the basis of a license agreement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. The Administration and other rightsholders hold exclusive rights over all Site content.
7.2. Violating these rights makes the User liable under applicable international laws.
7.3. The Site may link to third-party content which the Administration does not control.
8. Site Operation & Disclaimers
8.1. Users are responsible for their actions per international norms.
8.2. The Administration provides technical functionality but does not control User content.
8.3. No automatic censorship exists except to prevent IP violations.
8.4. The Site’s design, functionality and components may change without notice.
8.5. The Administration acts on violations only after being notified.
8.6-8.10. The Administration may moderate, restrict access, send communications and use analytics as needed, but provides no guarantees regarding functionality or consequences of use.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding Site usage.
9.2. The Rules are governed by international law and principles.
9.3. Disputes are resolved per applicable international treaties.

9.5. The Russian version of the Rules takes precedence.
9.6. If any provision is invalidated, the remainder still applies.
